Needing to rehome or surrender a dog to Husky Rescue Ireland
We are sorry to hear that you need to rehome your dog. Thank you for thinking of us at Husky Rescue Ireland at this difficult time.

Please take a few moments to familiarise yourself with our dog surrendering process:

Step 1: please fill in and submit the application form below to begin the process.

Step 2: our team will be in touch with you in order to assess you dog for rehoming.

Step 3: once we agree to rehome a dog, please be advices that we do require a dog to be neutered/spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped (otherwise we'll need to ask for a minimum of €100 as a fee to arrange this).

Step 4: we will use our social media channels and relationships with other organisations to search for the best possible new home for your dog.

The Husky Rescue Ireland centre is currently at maximum capacity and all the available space that we have is prioritised for dogs coming from the pounds who have often been neglected, mistreated or have been picked up as strays by the warden. We would appreciate it if you are able to keep your dog at home with you since spaces taken up at the centre could mean a dog in dire need being turned away.

Please proceed to filling in the form below to tell us more about your dog and your circumstances. If you have any questions for us, please email us at surrenders@huskyrescueireland.ie
